Dheera Tests is an initiative by CA CS Karthik Manikonda and CA, CPA (Australia) Nivedha Shankar. Since 2017, they have collectively mentored and evaluated 15000+ Chartered Accountancy students, supporting them across various stages of the CA course.
The initiative is driven by a dedicated team of young Chartered Accountants, mental health professionals, and committed CA Final students. We recognize that the CA journey goes beyond academic preparation—it demands mental resilience, discipline, and consistent self-evaluation.

Dheera Tests operates as a low-profit initiative, with revenues transparently shared among the students and the backend team who actively contribute to mentoring, evaluation, and operational support.
